This Privacy Policy explains how AI Studio App ("AI Studio," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about you when you use our mobile and web applications, websites, services, software, content-generation features, and related products (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Short version: We collect information you provide (like prompts, uploaded media, and account details), information generated by your use (like logs and analytics), and information from partners (like app store purchase records). We use this to operate the Services, bill and prevent abuse, secure accounts, comply with law, and improve quality. Photos and videos you upload — including any face data contained in them — are automatically deleted from our servers within 48 hours. We do not create faceprints, do not use face data for identification, and do not sell your data. Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, delete, or opt out. 1) Who We Are & Scope

• Controller. For users in the EEA/UK and other jurisdictions that recognize a "controller," the controller of your personal data is AI Studio App (operated by its owner/operator, "Company"). • Applicability. This Privacy Policy applies to all processing of personal data through our Services, including our iOS/Android apps and any web portals or dashboards we provide.
• Third-Party Sites/Services. Our Services may link to or integrate with third-party services (e.g., app stores, payment providers, cloud vendors, AI model providers). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

2) Definitions

• Personal Data / Personal Information: Any information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to an identifiable person (e.g., name, email, device identifiers, IP address).
• Processing: Any operation performed on personal data (collection, storage, use, disclosure, deletion, etc.).
• AI Inputs: Text prompts, parameters, settings, seed values, and any media (images, videos, audio) you upload to generate content.
• AI Outputs: Content generated by the Services (e.g., videos, images, thumbnails, captions, animations).
• Usage Data: Service telemetry like event logs, device/OS info, app version, page views, crash logs, performance metrics, diagnostic traces.
• Sensitive Data: Data considered sensitive under law (e.g., precise location, biometric identifiers). We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories unless you choose to provide content that may include such data.
• Face Data: Any depiction of a human face contained in photos or videos you upload to the Services. For clarity, "Face Data" as used in this policy means facial imagery within your uploaded media. We do not generate or store faceprints, face templates, face embeddings, facial geometry maps, or any other biometric identifiers derived from faces.
• Credit(s): The in-app currency used to pay for AI generations. Credits are purchased via one-time credit packs or auto-renewing subscriptions.
