This Privacy Policy explains how Generative AI Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi ("we",
"us", "our"), the developer of the Claim Money app ("the App"), handles
information in connection with your use of the App. Claim Money helps you find
United States class action settlements and government refund programmes you may
qualify for, and links you to the official claim site to file.
Claim Money has no accounts and no login. There is no password to create and
nothing to sign in to.
We do ask for a few things, because matching settlements is impossible without
them: which companies and services you have used, the state you live in, and
an age range. Your name and email address are optional and are only there so
you have them to hand when filling in a claim form.
There is no advertising in the App, we do not sell anything we hold, and you
can erase all of it from inside the App in two taps.
Information we process
Things you type in
- Eligibility answers. Which companies, services, and providers you have used,
whether you received a data-breach notice, and roughly when. This is what the
matching runs on and it is the core of the product. Some settlements concern
healthcare providers, so a question may ask whether you have been a patient or
customer of named providers. Answering one tells us something health-related
about you; we treat it accordingly and it is used only to match settlements.
- Your state, ZIP code, and states you have previously lived in. Many
settlements are open only to residents of particular states, so this is the
single most important eligibility filter.
- An age range. A band such as "25–34", never a date of birth. Some settlements
have age criteria. Claim Money is for adults only, so there is no under-18
option.
- Payout preferences, used to order your matches.
- Your first name, last name, and email address. Optional, entered under
Profile → Personal info. They are stored on our servers against your anonymous
profile so they are on hand when you are filling in a claim form on an
administrator's site. We do not email you and we do not pass them to
administrators.
- Claims you mark as filed, plus any note or amount you record, so the App can
track them and remind you.
- Your notification preferences.
Every one of these is optional in the sense that you can skip a question — the
App simply matches you against fewer settlements.
Things created automatically
- An anonymous device identifier. On first launch the App signs in anonymously
through Firebase Authentication, which issues a random identifier stored in
the iOS Keychain, so it survives reinstalling the App. It is not linked to
your real-world identity, your Apple ID, or your phone number, and it is what
your answers and saved claims are attached to.
- A push notification token, if you allow notifications, so we can send deadline
reminders. Turn notifications off and it is deleted on the next launch.
- Subscription status — whether you have an active subscription, which plan, and
when it renews or expires. This comes from Apple by way of Adapty. Payment is
handled entirely by Apple; we never see your card or billing details.
- Ordinary server logs at our hosting provider, containing IP address and
request metadata, kept briefly for security and debugging.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information.
