This Privacy Policy explains how Generative AI Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi (“we”, “us”, “our”), the developer of the Stocks and Shares app (“the App”), handles information in connection with your use of the App. Stocks and Shares provides AI-generated market research for informational purposes only.

Stocks and Shares has no accounts and no login. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other directly identifying personal information.

Information we process

• Anonymous device identifier. On first launch the App generates a random identifier and stores it in the device Keychain (and iCloud Keychain, so your subscription follows your Apple devices). It is not linked to your real-world identity and lets us associate your watchlist, preferences, and subscription with your device without an account.
• Your in-app content. The stock symbols you add to your watchlist, your notification preferences, and analysis you request are stored on our servers, keyed to the anonymous identifier above, so the service works across your sessions.
• Images you choose to import. If you use the screenshot-import feature, the image you select is uploaded and processed to extract the stock symbols it contains. Images are used for that purpose only.
• Subscription status. Whether you have an active Stocks and Shares Pro subscription, and related transaction identifiers from Apple, so we can unlock paid features. Payment itself is handled entirely by Apple — we never see your card or billing details.
• Push notification token. If you enable notifications, Apple provides a device push token so we can deliver daily briefings and the alerts you set up. You can disable this any time in iOS Settings.
• Diagnostics and usage. Basic, non-identifying usage and error information to keep the App reliable and improve it. This is not used to build an advertising profile, and we do not use it to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your information.
• We do not use it for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
• We do not collect location, contacts, photos, or health data. (The screenshot-import feature processes only the specific image you choose to share; it does not access your photo library otherwise.)

Data retention

We keep watchlist, preference, and subscription data for as long as your device identifier remains active. Generated reports may be cached for a limited period to improve performance. You can clear your device data at any time by deleting the App; you may also request deletion using the contact below.
