This document describes how the app actually handles data. It is provided for transparency and is not legal advice — have a qualified professional review it before you rely on it.

This Privacy Policy describes how Generative AI Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the mobile application Car Widgets & Dashboard: WiGet (the "App", referred to below as "WiGet") for iPhone and Apple CarPlay.

By downloading or using WiGet, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1 — THE SHORT VERSION

WiGet is designed to keep your data on your device:

• No account. You don't sign up, and we don't collect your name, email, or password. • No tracking, no ads. We don't track you across other apps or websites, we don't use the advertising identifier (IDFA), and we show no third-party ads. • We don't sell your data. • The only information that leaves your device is (1) your location, sent to weather providers so weather and air-quality widgets work, and (2) subscription information, handled by Apple and our subscription provider so your Pro purchase works and can be restored.

The sections below explain each of these in detail.

2 — WHO WE ARE (DATA CONTROLLER)

WiGet is provided by Generative AI Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi, a company incorporated in Türkiye. We are the "data controller" (veri sorumlusu) responsible for the limited personal information described here, within the meaning of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and, where applicable, the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").

3 — INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND WHY

We collect only what the App needs to function. Specifically:

Location data — only for weather-related widgets

If you add a Weather, Air Quality (AQI), UV, or Moon widget and grant permission, WiGet requests your device location once, while you are actively using the App (iOS "When In Use" access). We use it to fetch conditions for those widgets.

• Your coordinates are stored locally on your device, in a shared container the widgets read to refresh. They are not stored on our own servers. • To convert coordinates into weather and air-quality data, they are transmitted to our weather providers, Apple WeatherKit and Open-Meteo (see Section 6). • Precise geolocation is treated as sensitive information under several laws. We use it solely to provide the weather features you requested — never for advertising, profiling, or sale. • You can decline or revoke location access at any time in iOS Settings, Privacy & Security, Location Services, WiGet. Other features keep working; weather-based widgets simply won't show live data.

Subscription and purchase information

If you buy WiGet Pro, your payment is processed by Apple through the App Store. To deliver, restore, and manage your subscription across your devices, we use Adapty (our subscription-management provider). This involves:

• A device-generated identifier and your subscription status (e.g. active, in trial, expired, renewed, refunded). • We do not receive your card number, full name, or billing address — Apple handles payment and does not share those with us.
