INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Heaven. This Privacy Policy describes how Heaven (operated by Generative AI Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi, trading as AI Studio) collects, uses, and safeguards your personal data when you use the Heaven mobile application and related services ("Service"). Heaven is a faith-based screen time app: you choose the apps that distract you, and Heaven keeps them locked until you have paused to pray or read a Bible verse.

We are a global company and are committed to protecting your privacy in compliance with applicable laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), and other relevant regulations. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

We process personal data lawfully, fairly, and transparently, only for the purposes explained below, and we do not use your data for any purpose that is incompatible with those purposes. In this Policy, "we", "us" or "our" refers to Generative AI Teknoloji A.Ş. (trading as AI Studio), and "you" refers to the user of the Service.

A NOTE ON WHAT HEAVEN DOES NOT SEE

Heaven is built to keep your prayer life private. The following is designed to stay on your device and is never transmitted to our servers:

• Which apps you choose to block. Heaven uses Apple's Screen Time framework (Family Controls, Managed Settings and Device Activity). Apple provides your app selection to Heaven as opaque tokens; neither Heaven nor Generative AI Teknoloji A.Ş. can read the names of the apps you selected.
• How much time you spend in other apps. Screen Time usage is processed by Apple's Device Activity system inside a sandbox on your device. Heaven cannot export or upload this data.
• The prayers you pray, the verses you read, and your prayer streak. These are stored locally in the app on your device.

We do not sell your personal data, we do not show third-party advertising, and we do not use your religious activity to build advertising or marketing profiles.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect a limited amount of personal information and other data to provide and improve the Service. The types of information we may collect include:

Account Information (optional): You can use Heaven without creating an account. If you choose to sign in (for example with Sign in with Apple) to sync your progress across devices, we collect the identifier provided by the sign-in provider and, if you share it, your name and email address. Sign in with Apple lets you hide your real email address; we support that choice.

Screen Time Selections and Prayer Data (on-device): Your list of blocked apps, your schedules, the prayers and Bible verses you have read, your streak and the time you have saved are stored on your device. This data is not uploaded to our servers unless you enable an optional cloud sync feature, in which case we will tell you before enabling it and ask for your consent.

Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the Heaven app itself, such as which screens you open, which features you use (for example starting a prayer session or completing an unlock), the time and date of those events, and crash reports. We also collect technical data sent by your device, such as device model, operating system version, app version, language and region settings, a random app instance identifier, and coarse location inferred from your IP address (city or country level). We do not collect precise GPS location. Usage Data does not include the contents of your prayers or the names of the apps you block.

Purchase Information: If you subscribe to Heaven Premium, the transaction is processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive from Apple a transaction identifier, the product purchased (monthly or yearly), the purchase date, renewal status, and the country of your App Store account. We do not receive your name, card number, billing address or any other payment details. Apple's handling of your payment information is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Support Communications: If you contact us by email, we collect your email address, the content of your message, and any attachments you send so that we can respond.

Notifications: If you allow notifications, Heaven schedules local reminders on your device (for example a morning verse or a prayer reminder). Local notifications are generated on the device and do not require us to collect any data. If we use push notifications, we will store a device push token to deliver them; you can turn notifications off at any time in iOS Settings.

We do not collect your contacts, photos, microphone, camera, health data, or precise location.
