Terms of Service for Car Widgets & Dashboard: WiGet

These Terms are drafted to satisfy Apple's requirements for auto-renewable subscriptions (App Store Review Guideline 3.1.2) and to match how the app works, including a free trial that converts to a paid subscription. They are provided for transparency and are not legal advice — have a qualified professional review them, particularly the dispute-resolution and liability sections, before launch.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you") and Generative AI Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi ("we", "us", or "our") governing your download and use of the mobile application Car Widgets & Dashboard: WiGet (the "App", referred to below as "WiGet") for iPhone and Apple CarPlay.

By downloading, accessing, or using WiGet, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1 — DEFINITIONS

• "App" / "WiGet" — the Car Widgets & Dashboard: WiGet application and its widget extension. • "WiGet Pro" / "Subscription" — the auto-renewable subscription that unlocks premium features. • "Content" — text, images, designs, and other materials made available in or generated through the App. • "Your Content" — photos and text you add to your widgets.

2 — ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) and legally able to enter into a binding contract. If you use WiGet on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it to these Terms.

3 — LICENCE TO USE THE APP

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to use WiGet on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/). You may not: copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the App; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble it (except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law); rent, lease, lend, sell, or redistribute it; or remove any proprietary notices.

4 — ACCOUNTS

WiGet does not require you to create an account. Your settings and content are stored on your device. You are responsible for your device and for any activity that occurs through it.

5 — FREE FEATURES AND WIGET PRO SUBSCRIPTION

WiGet is free to download and includes free features. Certain premium features are available through WiGet Pro, an auto-renewable subscription.

• What you get. WiGet Pro unlocks the Pro widgets, styles, and dashboard features described on the in-app subscription screen at the time of purchase. • Free trial / introductory offer. WiGet Pro may be offered with a free trial or introductory offer. The length and terms of the offer are shown on the subscription screen before you confirm. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the free trial ends, the trial automatically converts to a paid, auto-renewing Subscription and your Apple Account is charged the then-current price. If you purchase a Subscription before a free trial ends, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited. • Price and billing period. The price, currency, and billing period (for example, monthly or yearly) are shown in the App before you purchase and confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple Account upon confirmation of purchase. • Auto-renewal. The Subscription renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. • Managing and cancelling. You can manage or cancel your Subscription any time in iOS Settings, your name, Subscriptions, or through the App Store. Deleting the App does not cancel your Subscription. • Restore. If you reinstall the App or use another device signed in to the same Apple Account, you can restore an active Subscription from within the App.

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment-card details.

6 — PAYMENTS, TAXES, AND REFUNDS

Prices may include applicable taxes where required. Because purchases are made through Apple, refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store Terms of Service, and we generally cannot grant refunds directly. To request a refund, use Apple's process at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. Your statutory withdrawal, refund, and cancellation rights under applicable consumer-protection law (including, for Turkish consumers, the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502) are not affected by this section.
