These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Claim Money app ("the App"), provided by Generative AI Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.
NOT A LAW FIRM, NOT LEGAL ADVICE
Claim Money is an information service. We are not a law firm, we are not your lawyer, and using the App does not create an attorney-client relationship with anyone. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any company, court, or settlement administrator named in the App.
We never file a claim for you and we never take a share of a payout. Filing a claim is always free on the settlement administrator's official website. A subscription pays for help finding and tracking settlements — nothing else.
The settlement administrator decides whether you qualify and how much you are paid. We cannot decide that and we cannot promise you will receive anything.
Claim Money collects publicly available information about United States class action settlements and government refund programmes, asks you a few questions, and shows you which ones you may qualify for. When you decide to act, the App sends you to the official claim website run by the settlement administrator, where you complete their form yourself.
What the App does not do:
We gather settlement details from administrators, government agencies, and public court records, and we re-check them regularly. Even so, deadlines move, settlements are appealed, payout estimates change with the number of valid claims, and pages go out of date between our checks.
The official settlement website is the authority, not us. Confirm the deadline and the eligibility criteria there before you file. Every settlement in the App shows when we last verified it and links to its official site.
Payout figures shown in the App are estimates. Words such as "likely eligible" and "worth checking" are our estimate based on the answers you gave — never a determination, and never a promise.
Class action claim forms are legal documents, usually signed under penalty of perjury. Only file a claim you genuinely believe you qualify for, and only state things that are true. Submitting a false claim can carry real consequences, it reduces what legitimate class members receive, and it is your responsibility alone.
You must be 18 or older and able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. The App is offered in English and covers United States settlements; eligibility for the settlements we list almost always depends on being a US resident.
